Back to Basics in Wedding Catering

In Filipino wedding traditions, whether they are simple get-together´s or grand events, such as weddings, food is a must. 3. Nice thought I like you thought I also tell you something Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Using a good piercing (“chef’s”) thermometer helps to determine the proper temperature of foods you will be serving. Follow the Four Hour Rule: that is to never serve meats, fish, poultry, dairy, melons, etc. when they have been sitting out (in the Temperature Danger Zone at 41° to 140°) for over 4 hours.Wedding Catering Newcastle

  8. Basic wedding catering and menu never goes out of trend and eventually liked by all. We have seen a number of event venues Chicago for farewell party for our seniors. All are presentable and in our budget too. Will make cookies and invitation ourselves. Thinking to buy some memorable gifts for all.
